I see now that I missed others posting about this. Sorry Guys. Hopefully Fitbit gets this sorted out soon, it’s a bit frustrating.
I recently update my iPhone 7 Plus to the new iOS 13.1 and now my Fitbit charge 3 will not receive any text message notifications. I have tried - uninstalling and reinstalling the app, forget this device on the Fitbit app, rebooting my Fitbit and my phone, I have redone the pairing between my phone and Fitbit, I have checked all of my Bluetooth and notification settings. My Fitbit is still syncing to the app. Is anyone else having this problem?
