Charge 3 not getting text messages

My Charge 3 used to get notifications for texts then all of a sudden stopped. It still

notifies me of a phone call. I have looked at many threads and I’ve tried everything and nothing is working. Somebody have any tricks to get it to work?

It’s Apple, it’s on there and up to date. It was working last week and randomly stopped for just texts.
