Bought a charge 3 today and can’t get past set up. When asked to pair I put in four digit number and get an error message. It days something went wrong there is an error abort.
I had a Versa before which was stolen and had no problems.
Phone is compatible and software up to date. Tried all trouble shooting advice. Been doing this for 2 hours now and losing the will to live.
any help appreciated

May i ask what type of phone do you have? IOS.. Android or windows?
Have you tried with your phone connected to WiFi and cellular.

It’s an iPhone se which according to fit bit info is a compatible device. All software is up to date.
i have not tried the cellular so I’ll try that.

I only asked about both cell and WiFi since most android phone share thesame antenna for Bluetooth and WiFi. For some android phones this causes an ocaisonal hiccup.
