Bluetooth will not stay connected. Have rebooted Fitbit and iPhone twice today. Bluetooth finds my Charge 3 but will not stay connected. Frustrated.

Thanks for letting me know that the Charge 3 doesn't stay connected via Bluetooth. You did a great job with the troubleshooting steps and let me help you with this. Just to confirm, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
If that's correct, let's try some steps to reconnect your tracker to the Fitbit app:

Thank you for your reply. My app is up-to-date and I followed each step of your instructions, unfortunately my 5 month old Fitbit will not pair with my iPhone 6s any longer. I depend on this function due to my elderly mother's notifications for help or emergencies while I am at work. Do you have any other suggestions?

My Charge 3 paired with my iPhone 6s late today!! Hooray! Hopefully they will continue to work together.

I’m having the same issues plus no notifications.
Tried every suggestion plus Fitbit tech help but no resolution.
one tech told me an update would be coming out soon but couldn’t tell me how soon.

When you deleted the app did you loose all previous data? Did you begin to receive notifications?

Notification began. I had to "forget" this device on bluetooth and reconnect but communication with my iPhone didn't begin until several hours later in the day.

@Dpramirx, thanks for joining this thread and sharing that you're having the same issue. About your question, please note that we don't recommend to uninstall the Fitbit app from an iOS device. I appreciate your efforts and if you continue having issues to sync your Charge 3, let me know.

Thanks again for everyone’s suggestions.
My Fitbit is still not getting any notifications text or phone calls. I guess I will have to wait for a software update fix from Fitbit....
