I am able to pair my charge 3 to my iPhone. But several times a week I find that is not connected. I go through the process of having my phone forget the device then re-– pairing it using the app. (this was the suggestion I found on these message boards) Friends who have the charge 3 say they don’t have this problem. I don’t know why it is getting knocked off. I am not letting it lose charge. Is there possibly something wrong with my device?

Hello @Jackiepie, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, is your Charge 3 not showing up in your account or does it get disconnected from the Bluetooth devices in your phone Bluetooth Settings? Have you tried to enable All-day Sync by going to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 3 > All-day Sync? If you haven't please do, when a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.

My charge 3 gets disconnected from my Bluetooth. And I do have it set to all day sync but it doesn’t sync unless I open the app.
