Hi,

hopefully you can help,

for last few days I am having difficulties to connect my charge 3 to my iPhone X, suddenly all connections been lost,

I’ve tried so many different things to help with re connection,,

-I’ve deleted device

-I’ve rebooted charge 3

-Bluetooth off and on

-iPhone X on & off

nothing is helping & I am getting really stressed about that because I love my watch but I can’t use it!!

time is wrong & I can’t even change that!
Can you suggest what else I can do or best option is just to get refund & exchange for new one?
thank you

Hi @Elacharge3. Welcome on board.

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried to get your Charge 3 connected. I'm sorry for the experience that you've had and I'll help you out with this situation. Since your post didn't mention, please confirm if your iPhone X and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Even though you've tried some steps on your own, I'd recommend to give one last try to the following in the given order:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings in your phone and forget the Charge 3 from the list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and any other device nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time.
  4. Restart your Charge 3 using the charging cable as described here.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth only on your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  6. Tap your profile icon > Set Up a Device > Charge 3 and follow the onscreen instructions. When prompted, accept the request to pair via Bluetooth.

Let me know how it goes.
