Charge 3 not syncing to iPhone XR

I tried what was recommended and now cannot syn my Charge 3 to my XR. It says my tracker was found and connecting but it’s been 45 min and nothing.

I don’t care to see my current heart rate on the phone Anymore although that is very helpful, but I would like to see other stats on the phone.

Need help from Fitbit i would say. I followed the steps outlined by the moderator but the same thing happened. The tracker is found and is connecting but never connects.

I wish I had never updated to IOS 13.5.1 and my Fitbit supposedly is the current version.

Hi @Shyam. It's great to see you here in the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 3 isn't syncing, as well for the steps tried prior posting. I'm sorry that your information isn't updating correctly and let's work on this together. Our team recently released an update for the Fitbit app, so please make sure it's downloaded. Even though you've tried troubleshooting this situation, please give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Go to your Bluetooth settings, tap on the icon next to their Fitbit device and then on Forget this device.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth from any device that is nearby.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. A Bluetooth pair authorization should appear, tap pair. This will re-establish the Bluetooth connection between your Charge 3 and the Fitbit app.

By the way, I’ve moved your post to this new thread so we can keep the forums organized and on topic.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
