Charge 3 not syncing to my new iPhone 11

Hi I recently upgraded to the iPhone 11 and for some reason my Fitbit charge 3 won’t sync to my iPhone 11.

Hi I recently upgraded to the iPhone 11 and my Fitbit charge 3 won’t sync to my new iPhone 11? If anyone has the same issue let me know or knows how to solve the issue let me know.

I am having the same problem. Not sure how to fix it

Hi, I fixed my problem by disconnecting my fitbit from my old phone via bluetooth and it finally connected. i also deleted the old fitbit from the fitbit app, then deleted the actual app, and turned bluetooth on and off, and restarted my phone and it eventually was fixed.
