I got a new fitbit Charge 3. I still have my HR Alta, but removed it from the app. Charge 3 is working on my iPhone, but on my ipad 3 it states trouble connecting. When I click to go into compatible apps, it says trouble connecting, but when I click OK it accesses them. This new fit it doesnt show in my bluetooth devices. I restarted my ipad, still the same. Why am I getting the error message if it still accesses after I click OK? What can I do?

Hello @Sharonfrichter, welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, if your Charge 3 is syncing with your phone but not your iPad, I would like to suggest you to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
After that, turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and open the Fitbit app on the iPad and try to sync. Give it a try and let us know the outcome.
