Charge 3 not been working for about 3 weeks now still under guarantee time not right and not syncing to my iPhone. 3 phone calls to fitbit last one told they were having issues and couldn’t do anything for me. If anyone experienced same issue and have a solution to charge 3 issues or how to get them to honour guarantee

I can try and help you but first I need to know what type of iPhone you have so I can assure first that your iPhone will be compatible for the Fitbit App. So what version of iPhone do you have?
