Charge 3 not syncing with iPhone.

For the past week my charge 3 has not been syncing to my iPhone and the time clock has slowly fallen behind. I tried restarting it, restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth on/off, “forgetting” the device on my phones Bluetooth and tried to add it as a new device, logged out then back into the app, and finally a couple days ago I deleted the app and then downloaded it again and it finally synced. It won’t sync again though and this time nothing is working and the time is almost 2 hours behind. The app just says “looking...” I’m starting to regret this purchase.
