My Fitbit Charge 3 is not providing real time updates on iPhone 8 but is logging calls on Fitbit itself?

Hi, @Neilm365 , has this issue resolved itself?  Most issues do within a few hours and it is difficult to be sure what exactly went wrong.

 

If it is not resolved, could you give us a little more detail about what you mean by not getting real time updates but logging calls?

 

Is this an issue with notifications (calls / texts / etc) or some other issue?

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

No it is not resolved. My steps tracker does not update in real time with my new Charge 3. I have reloaded the device into my phone and recounted to blue tooth but it does not update my steps on a real time basis on my phone although the Fitbit itself does. Very frustrating.
