I am sorry to hear you no longer receive your text message alerts on your Charge 3 since the last update. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I am here to help. I recommend confirming that you don't have "Do not disturb" or "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off.
