When looking at trends and benchmarks related to sleep, the first 3 stages (awaje, rem, light) all show percent in white font against the coloured bar. Deep sleep is missing the percent value on the dark blue bar.

Hello @Bryanmw, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. ![]()
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Would it be possible for your to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're able to see in the sleep breakdown screen? That way I can forward it to our team so they can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply. ![]()

Same here on my Fitbit charge 3. Sometimes deep sleep percentage with hours of deep sleep there and sometimes it's just the hours of deep sleep with no percentage. What gives?

Hi @SunsetRunner - Please check the position of your Charge 3 before going to bed. Details of where it should be can be found in the manual on page 11. If your device is too lose and moves around on your wrist at night, it may not capture your heart rate and therefore not give you complete sleep stats.

You misunderstood my issue. I have the complete sleep readings. I have time & percentage for every sleep stage EXCEPT FOR DEEP SLEEP. All it shows is the time spent in deep sleep - it doesn't show the percentage. It showed the percentage yesterday, and the day before that and the day before that but not today.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, @SunsetRunner . I’m not sure what’s going on there. Hopefully someone else has an idea.
