I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 stopped syncing. I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:
- Go into your phone's Bluetooth menu.
- Tap on the icon next to your Fitbit device.
- Press Forget this device.
- Re-open the Fitbit app and re-bond your device.
