Did apple update to 13.4 yesterday and since then I am unable to sync Charge 3 with my iPad or iPhone. Bluetooth is in unable to connect. Please assist.

Same ever since updating to iOS 13.4 on iPad, my charge 3 will not sync. Not through sync all day or manual sync. Bluetooth is unable to find my charge 3 now. Fitbit Moderators need to get on this ASAP! Cannot sync steps, sleep, anything.
