Hi I have a Problem with sync my fitbit charge 3 every time I want to set up my charge 3 I have just error message 404 and then nothing happens.. I´ve tried everything uninstall app restart my phone restart blootooth it just won´t sync... it worked this morning and then just unpaired by it´s self and from that point I was unable to sync.

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you've followed our troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If your phone is not in English, I recommend changing the language on your phone to English and set up your tracker. After setting up the tracker, you can change the language back.
