Ever since I updated my iPad to the new iOS 13.4 update yesterday, 3/25/20, my charge 3 will no longer sync to my iPad even with a manual sync. I tried rebooting my charge 3 with no difference. It won’t set up to sync all day or manually sync. Can someone please help? Thanks

@1catfan I have no guarantee that this will work, but this is my troubleshooting sequence when something like this happens:

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

I've deleted my Fitbit app twice, closing bluetooth both times then reloading the app and turning on bluetooth. Nothing works. I have an ipad and an iphone.

Had the very same problem after updating to 13.4. Did all the suggested remedies but discovered that the iPhone Bluetooth still did not recognize my Charge 3 and would not connect to it. In the Bluetooth settings I had the iPhone “Forget” the Charge 3, then it found the watch again and connected, and the Fitbit app synced. Hope this works for you.

Hope it lasts, the delete, reload, reboot process worked for me last night and this morning it syncs weight but not steps.

When you remove your device from the app and re-add it, don't you lose any steps that haven't been synced?

Not in my experience. As far as I can tell, it seems to be working ok without any information lost.
