I’ve received this wonderful advice from the Fitbit team but can’t find it on my iphone.
To manually sync your tracker, with your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and find the picture of your device on the Fitbit app dashboard. Touch the picture of your Fitbit device at the top of the screen and pull down.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @ATBAN5

I understand you want to manually sync your device but you can’t find we’re to do so on your phone. I believe I can help you.

open your Fitbit app, now tap the word “today” at the bottom of your screen to make sure you are on the main page, now too to the top of your screen an you will see your profile picture on the left an notification envelope on your right. Right between those two items you will see the word TODAY in bold letters. Press your finger on that word and at the same time drag your finger downward then release your finger. You will now see you have just manually synced your tracker. 😉

I hope I provided you with the answer you were seeking. If so could you please tap the “choose as best answer” box just under my post? Doing so really helps other individuals who come to this Community looking for answers to questions similar to yours. I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
