Charge 4 losing Bluetooth connection

The Bluetooth connection between my Charge 4 and iPhone X suddenly started dropping constantly about six months ago. I’ve read threads about the same issue and I’ve tried everything to resolve it, but nothing works. It sometimes drops several times in an hour. This is driving me crazy, since one of my favourite features is that my Fitbit vibrates when I receive a call, because I never hear my phone. Please help before I abandon all hope and move to a different brand! Thanks.

@Skeds74 , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message. 

 

As a 1 exception, please try the following:

 

  • Sync your Charge 4 with the Fitbit app to avoid loosing any recorded data. 
  • On the tracker then go to the Settings app > About > Clear User Data.
  • Turn the iPhone off/on.
  • Open the Fitbit app and set up the Charge 4 as a new device. 
  • Don't forget to setup your notifications on the Fitbit app again.
