Charge 4 not connecting to Ace 2

Hi everyone!

I finally got my charge 4 sending notifications and Spotify to work.

But now I cannot get into my son’s Ace 2.  Every time I click “switch to kid view” it just stays on the loading screen and never switches to kid view. Then it logs me out of the app.

The Fitbit app is up to date. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but no luck.

Any ideas?

Have you tried shutting the app.

Yes I have tried deleted the app and re-installing it. Powering off my phone and turning it back on. Nothing seems to be working.
