I have just upgraded from Charge 2 to Charge 4 - I have always had issues receiving sms messages from Iphone 11 - I have tried all the help pages and followed all the instructions but it still doesn't work - iphone software is 14.4.2, charge4 is 20001.96.29, can you give me any advice

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling. Sometimes a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and troubleshooting tips in How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
