Does the charge 4 sync with iPhone 6s pulse? The iPhone has iOS 12.5.4 downloaded. I have uninstalled the app several times as well as turned Bluetooth on and off several times. Starting to think they are not compatible and I’m up a creek.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Kickassidy.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and understand your concern. The Fitbit app version 3.42 will be the last release for iOS 12 as for the new Fitbit app versions that include features and fixes, your phone must be running iOS 13 or higher. This is described in this help article and in this link. The Fitbit app will keep working on iOS devices with iOS 12 or lower, as long as the Fitbit app is not uninstalled.
If you're experiencing difficulties with syncing, please follow our troubleshooting tips in Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope this helps.
