Can't pair Inspire after app update - error 403

I can't sync my Inpire to my fitbit app in iphone 7 after update the apps to the latest version.

After I removed the Inpire device from apps, now unable to add it back. Keep showing com.fitbit.HTTP error 403

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart the router and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try to add the tracker to your Fitbit account. For complete troubleshooting tips, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
