Charge 4 stopped syncing to iPhone.

I’ve been with fitbit for many many years and this is the first time I’ve thought about leaving. I got a Charge 4 less than a month ago after my charge 2 but the dust after years of use. Yesterday my charge 4 would not sync and spent 45 mins trying everything on this board suggested. It finally synced and I went about my day. This morning same thing, it will not sync. Again I tried ever tip this website had to offer. 

if I can’t get this fixed I’m gonna get my money back and go somewhere else.

I am sorry to hear your Charge 4 tracker stopped syncing. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am glad to assist you. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
