Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jennmorris7211.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Time on your device should be corrected when you sync it. If you're experiencing any difficulties with pairing your tracker, please follow the troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

If your tracker is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here

I'll be around if you need further help.

I tried all this. It now has the Fitbit logo with 001 on the screen. It will not let me use it.

I did restart the device several times. Now that it just has the number
and buzzes, I cannot do anything.
