Hi Fitbit community,
I have charge 4 and since couple of days ago, I can’t send private message to my Fitbit friends either on the mobile app or login from a desktop. When I send a message it shows it as pending and then it disappears all together after couple of seconds.
Please help how to correct this?

Thank you for your reply. Unfotunately despite a few times, ringing the customer support and speaking to them, the problem persists. Have you ever came across a similar problem to the one I currently have before?
