App not working

My app on my phone is not working, it’s updating from my tracker but I cannot press any of the topics to see more info or add food log etc. 
anyone else have the same problem?

Same it hasn’t worked all afternoon for me

Thanks for the details shared in your posts. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. If the issue still persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
