I had done everything Fitbit suggests to do to fix the problem. Didn’t help!?!
iv previously had a charge 4, so I logged out of my Fitbit app. Signed up with a new email address. Sucks that I lost all my old data,
But charge 5 works perfectly now!!!

Getting the exact same issue with my charge 5 and iPhone 14 Pro, at this rate I will dump my Charge 5 and just get an Apple Watch!
