Hi. Is there a Fitbit update for the new iOS 16.4? My Charge 5 stopped syncing new data- no sleep, no steps today.

The problem persisted, with the app freezing every time I clicked on the sleep data screen. After restarting my mobile and resetting my Charge 5, it is working again. I don't know which re-set worked, but my sleep data disappeared for a single night.

Thanks for the details provided and the steps tried prior to posting. While I'm glad the Fitbit app is working, I understand your concern about your sleep log. Currently it's not possible to retrieve data that couldn't sync; however, you can manually log the time you went to sleep and woke up. Keep in mind this procedure will only provide sleep patterns, but won't generate sleep stages or scores.
Please make sure to keep the Fitbit app updated and monitor its behavior in the next few days.
