I’ve only had the charge 5 for 2 months and it stopped syncing, the o2 doesn’t show the sleep time doesn’t show only steps and heart rate ! I have done everything I know of and it simply doesn’t work. I also found a couple of friends that have the charge 5 and the same thing happened. This simply can’t be okay .

Hi, @Leilarbatten , sync issues are not unusual and often resolve themselves without any steps, although I know they can be frustrating!
I find the simplest way of forcing a sync is simply by logging out of my Fitbit app and logging back in again (but do make sure you know your user name and password!)
If that doesn’t work for you, please have a look at this help article and carefully work through the steps - although I do not recommend removing your Fitbit from your account as that can cause more issues.
