I have not used my Fitbit for a couple of months due to a leg injury and being immobilised.
charging watch this morning and tried to open app. It had forgotten my details and took me briefly to login page then closed.
I have tried to catch log in button before closing to no avail. It is very quick.
Have rebooted phone. Wi-Fi and mobile data and Bluetooth all on. Uninstalled app and reinstalled and still the same.
iPhone on iOS 15.6.1
If it is not going to work the watch is pretty useless and no point getting a new Fitbit as not ready to change phone.
Any suggestions please.

Thanks for the detailed information and the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and so we can work on this together, may I know if the Fitbit app is updated? Our team recently released a new update which increases the performance of the Fitbit app. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend installing it on your iPhone and monitoring its behavior in the next few days.
