Charge HR Update Issues

ANSWERED

Since I update my Charge HR software if has performed really badly. Fist of all it failed to update half way through and became stuck. Now This was probably my fault being away from home without my charging lead and the battery gave up mid way through.

So, fully charged it at home and deleted the device from my iPhone 7 app and added it as a new device, it worked great. All sorted. Errrrr no, not quite. The date disappeared from underneath the time. Annoying.

Every, and I mean daily sync takes eons, and I have to start it as a new device all over again.

I Should have never have run the update in the first place - never fix a something that ain’t broken.  (iPhone 7 iOS 11.1.1)  any help appreciated before it goes in the furnace :fire::fire::fire::fire:

Mine looked like this.

Here is what I did

Go to your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and find your tracker, tap the (!) exclamation point and select "Forget this device".

To pair your tracker's Bluetooth from the Fitbit app do the following:
From your mobile Dashboard tap the Account icon
Tap your tracker's picture on the left side
Tap Notifications; move the slide over till it turns green, then a pop-up message should appear requesting permission to set up your tracker to your iPhone's Bluetooth
Tap Pair when prompted too
Let the download complete, be patience.
Now do a sync

Thank you, I got it up and running but it appears that it’s the daily sync that isn’t performing. In fact it won’t automatically sync unless I tell it to. If it goes longer than a few days it just grinds to a stand still -

This has only appeared since the update.
