Charge HR counting excessive calories

Three days ago my Charge HR started counting excessive calories. We're talking 14,000 to 19,500 calories. And today I've apparently burnt 2500 and I just got up. How can I fix this?

This problem can happen when one or more of your profile settings is accidentally changed (age, weight, height etc). It's worth checking yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
