Charge HR dashboard not matching challenges

I am only 1 hour behind the creator of this challenge, and am showing 4,000 steps behind my dashboard. I have done this same challenge multiple times in a different time zone and have never had this problem...really discouraging. I've tried logging in and out, restarting, etc. with no help. I also can't figure out the live tracking thing mentioned in previous complaints about the same issue....Any suggestions?

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

@JessKCarnes Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend taking a look at this thread about challenges on the iOS app. Also, challenges may take a while to be updated; around 15 minutes. Are you still experimenting the same issue?
