I get all the way to where it finds my fitbit, and then it asks for me to enter the 4 digit code, so I do, and then it just sits there, thinking and thinking and thinking....
I literally wanna scream. Someone please help!!!

@jazzyfitter Welcome to our Community! Make sure you have the most recent version of the app. After this log out from the app, restart your phone and retry the setup process. You could also restart your tracker by doing the following:
1.- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your 2.- Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
3.- Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
4.- Let go of the button.
5.- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
