hello, happy new year.

i just bought my fitbit charge hr today from walmart, and everytime i sync it, the battery dies. when i turn blue tooth off on my iphone 6s plus the battery is fine. not sure what i should do since i was really excited to use the sleep feature tonight. this sucks. i honestly thought the fitbit battery would last 5 days as fb advertised. i hope someone can help me with this! thanks.

Hello @layla.fb, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community!

If the battery on your recently purchased Charge HR is draining considerably fast, I would like to suggest to restart your tracker and then charge it for 2 hours. Having the Bluetooth on your phone enabled should not interfere with the battery on your tracker.

If it's still not lasting as it should, my best recommendation would be contacting your Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
