Charge HR horizontal line

Good Morning all,

 

Have a Charge HR but for some reason its completely frozen. The screen is showing a horizontal bar which looks a bit like battery half full. 

Has anyone else experienced this problem?. Is it fixable?.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, @KevL67! That's frustrating! Have you tried restarting your tracker a few times? Other than that, you might need to get in touch with Fitbit Support directly.
