Exercise voice cues

I don’t know if this is any help, but the voice cue preview on the Fitbit app my iPhone only works when I use earphones.  I have yet to try it out on a real walk.  So the cues come from the phone.

It won't @ChristineIM the charge 2 has no audio capabilities.

I started having a similar problem about 2 weeks ago.  The volume for voice cues on my iPhone app is set to High, but the sound is barely audible.  I can just hear the cues if I hold the phone next to my ear.  Previously, I could hear them fine with the phone in a holster type case on my waistband.  iPhone volume is set to maximum and I can hear other audio just fine.
