I have the charger hr and I have charged it and trying to link to the app on my phone. I get the code from it and put it in the setup only to have phone say connecting to Fitbit and sit turning circles. Never links

Hi @Collardj. Welcome to the forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge HR isn't connecting correctly. Let's work on this together. If you've updated the Fitbit app to the latest version, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove your Charge HR from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge HR.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose the Charge HR and follow the onscreen instructions.
