I used to receive notifications on my Charge HR for my incoming calls from my iPhone 8. Suddenly it stopped working, I tried to follow the instructions to set up the notification several times but it is still not working.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've already tried in order to try to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Update the app if you haven't yet.
  4. Go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
    • Allow Notifications
    • Show in History
    • Show on Lock Screen.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I kind of have the same problem as @IOC, you see I have a charge HR and an iPhone 8. My problem though is how to answer the call on my fitbit. I get the notification that someone is calling but I don't know how to answer it. Am I even able to do that? Please help me. Thanks!
