Versa sleep scores disappeared after update 5/4/20

I recently updated my versa with the most recent update. When I woke up the next morning my sleep scores no longer generated. I logged out, then logged back in. I also deleted app to reinstall. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ashleywatts24. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am sorry to hear you stopped receiving your sleep score after the latest Versa update. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I would like to confirm if you see your sleep stages, because you must see sleep stages in order to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about sleep stages?

If you see sleep stages, but don’t see a sleep score, note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear. I also recommend making sure the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version by following these instructions.

For more information about sleep score, please see this help article: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

HI @ashleywatts24, thank you for your reply.

I am sorry to hear the issue persists. To further investigate why you're not receiving the sleep score, please let me know if you see the sleep stages or you see only your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake)? Do you receive any message about your sleep?

I recommend doing the following:

  1. Please confirm that your sleep settings are normal and not sensitive: What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?
  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  1. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  1. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.

I'll be looking forward to your reply.
