Charge HR not syncing + bad timekeeping

I have turned the wristband off, then back on. I have re-installed the app. I have reinstalled the device. yet, my Fitbit HR is still 10 minutes slow, and will not sunk w my iPhone 6 Plus. It worked for about 5 days. your response is always, " that's weird" , yet there are lots of posts about this issue.
I know that Fitbit company knows this issue exists.
I just need to know if you have a real solution, or if I need to return it.

I'm wondering the same thing. I'm having the same problem. If I manage to get it synced it doesn't stay synced. Now it keeps turning itself off and on.

I hope you're doing great @gragon33 @Aodom

@gragon33 It's a shame that your Charge HR is not syncing properly, by any chance have you tried doing the restart? if you haven't tried it do it 2 or 3 times in a row, if the issue persists I recommend you contacting support so they can review your tracker and check your options. Let me know how it goes!

Welcome to the Fitbit community @Aodom! Try restarting your Charge HR as well, log out from the App and then log back in, check that you're running the latest firmware version.

Hope it helps, catch you later :D.
