My new phone is not syncing with my Fitbit charge HR. I have followed all the advice from other users in the forum. I’ve forgotten my fit bit on my old phone. I’ve reinstalled the app twice now and to start with it picks up all my steps but then after a couple of days it stops syncing again. Can you help please. I’m getting extremely frustrated!
