Charge HR not syncing

My charge HR has stopped syncing with my Iphone 5S, my phone syncs with other devices so the bluetooth is working on my phone.  The syncing stopped Dec. 11,2015.  Is there a warrenty on this and how do I go about fixing the problem?

Hi @Lindacglover, it's great to have new members in the Community! Sounds too bad that your Charge HR is not syncing with your iOS. But don't worry, let me see if I can help you. There are some steps on this article "I can't sync my tracker" that I would like you to follow; besides that, please confirm if the OS of your iPhone 5s is updated and if you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your iPhone 5s.
