Charge HR showing incorrect information.

Today I wore my Fitbit for the first time since my battery died a couple of days ago & everything besides my HR is off.

The time is incorrect, says I slept 11 hours, says I burned 48 calories and took 225 steps from the hr & 15 min workout I just did. The batterys died before didn't display this nonsense, anyone else having/had this issue?

Hello @47Devin, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If the information on your tracker is not recording or displaying correctly, please restart it and then monitor it for the next few days to check that everything has gotten back to normal.

If you're still experiencing inconveniences, my suggestion would be trying to set up your tracker as a new device. Don't worry, all the information previously stored in your account won't be deleted.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  • When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
