I've got a Flex which has always worked fine. Upgraded to iOS10.3.2 a couple of days ago. Last sync was 22.34 yesterday and since then app is 'looking'. I've force closed the app, restarted Bluetooth, restarted the iPhone - any ideas?

Hello @Njsmum, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
If the Fitbit app is constantly looking for your Flex without finishing a sync, please try to restart your Flex. If it's still not syncing correctly, log out from the app, restart your phone once again and log back in. Additionally, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around and that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal (or enough cellular data).
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
