Charge HR v122

I upgraded to v122 but now my device keeps resetting and seeing the FitBit Icon v122. The time won't sync and my phone won't register the device.
Have reset tracker to no success and even redowoaded the fitbit app but still won't work. I noticed a few people have had this issue... Anybody know how to fix it?

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner! You should try the restart process that @AlejandraFitbit has provided one more time. Once you have done that, try setting it up through a PC like @GisselleM shows us there. With that you will doublecheck that the update has finished correctly and tracker should work fine. Nevertheless, if the issue persists, please be sure to reach out to our Support Team. I know that they're always happy to listen to your experience and provide different options for you, if needed!
