My Fitbit won't allow my iPhone to all day sync. I have tried everything like Plugging it in, rebooting it, deleting it then reinstalling it and restarting my phone. I don't know what else to do as I have read all the advise, tried it and it hasn't worked. Please help.

Hi @chloe_nelson,

What's important to note is that a Bluetooth bond is required for All-Day Sync for all trackers that support call notifications. If you are having trouble with All-Day sync, I'd recommend:

-Restarting your tracker.

-Going into your Bluetooth iOS settings and forgetting the Bluetooth bond between your phone and tracker.

-Rebooting your iOS device.

-Turn All-Day sync on which should prompt a pop-up asking if you want to bond your tracker and phone.

This should help you out, but keep me posted if you need any additional assistance!
