I have reset the fitbit.  I have taken off the fitbit app and reinstalled it.  I have turned off all the settings on my phone and then turned them back on.  I have tried everything and I am not having any luck at all.

I finally got it to say "We found your Charge HR" however it has been 10 minutes and it is still saying Connecting to Tracker.  It will not connect, why?

Hi @vsoutherland, the following steps should help you get back on track:

1. Make sure that you are using version 2.34 of the Fitbit App that was recently released. Click here to update if you haven't already.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Restart your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > toggle Bluetooth off for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Use the replacement setup process mentioned here to re-pair your tracker to your account.

Hope this helps!
